Understanding one’s personality, make people assess how their personality affects their lives, career, relationships.

They came to know about their strengths and weaknesses, which jobs will suit them more.

There is also a link between your health and personality.

Type A – in stress majority of times, they race against time – it makes them prone for MI or stroke.

Type C – as they keep emotions and feelings and all the worldly matter inside them, their immunity becomes low and making them prone to cancer.

Type D – they think and see negativity in each and everything. They are more prone to depression.

You cannot be completely Type A or B or any other personality. Usually, it’s the mixed bag of traits that you will have.

More traits of a personality points towards it.

Personality indicates both strength and weaknesses. There are both positive and negative aspects.

We can not completely change the core, but can try to avoid or alter the negative aspects.

But as soon you remove that restraining power, those traits will come back.

That’s why it is said that you cannot change a person or their core. They can just try to alter/change/diminish some traits that are bringing negative aspects in their life and on their health.

  1. Type A personality

 These persons are usually stressed.

It’s not good for their heart and overall health.

If things don’t go according to their planning, thy get disturbed.

You must understand that things can go on side-track and we must work on everything again.

What’s wrong if there are differences?

Let’s take a deep breath, and make a new plan.

With every new alteration, make a plan instead of getting angry, irritated, puzzled or stressed.

You must always aim to reduce the stress level.

Next is being competitive.

Its nice to compete for goals, and is also beneficial for progress.

But it has a dark side also.

If you are competing with a person then you must focus on learnings and progressing and not on each and every materialistic thing.

It gives you tension, regrets, anger and make you sad.

Competition should not be converted into jealousy.

Each and every one is living their own life. Just let them and likewise you also focus on yourself.

You are good and amazing, think like that and go on aspiring and achieving your goals.

Work-obsessed

Its good to work but don’t be obsessed. Take breaks, go on holidays and after you return, carry froward your work.

Thinking about one thing all the time, burden our mind and body, it also put shadow on other sweet colours of life.

That’s why look around, life is full of varieties and work is just part of it.

2. Type B personality

Guys you are amazing personality. I also want to be of Type B personality but as you see we don’t get to choose our personalities, instead can take some traits if we can.

Still, there are things that Type B personality people also face.

Carefree

Being carefree is good but don’t be careless.

There are times where you have to be responsible, manage things well and don’t run away from your responsibilities.

Living in dreams

To make a dream come true, you must work. Make your dream, your motivation and work. Work carefree but move ahead to chase your dreams.

3. Type C personality

Revealing emotions

When we keep things build up inside us, they form a negative energy that deteriorates our health.

If not others, just have a few people that are very close to you, which may also include your family.

Speaking your emotions out is very necessary; say it if you are sad or if its hard for you or what’s irritating you or making you angry.

Let it all out and free yourself from such thoughts and emotions.

4. Type D personality

When we see negative side of anything, we get alert and careful and try our best to prevent it.

But always thinking about just negative things and forgetting all the good and positive sides is not wise.

Next time, when a negative thought arises, replace it with a positive one, try to focus on good sides.
