4 SIMPLE RULES THAT YOU NEED TO FOLLOW DAILY

In this ‘ready to go’ life or ‘in a phase’ life, there are 4 simple rules that you need to follow to live a happy-healthy life.
RULE 1
DRINK PLENTY OF WATER
Forget the excuse of travelling or no time at work, because even if you are at home, you ignore this basic rule.
Importance of water is something that everybody knows, but do you follow it? If not, then start from today.
8-10 glasses of water are often said to be that line through which you can estimate roughly your daily water intake. Although according to season, age, kind of work you do it might vary a little. The key is to keep yourself hydrated…
RULE 2
GO TO WASHROOM, WHENEVER YOU NEED TO
Urine is formed of various toxins and by-products in our body. Now think if you keep it inside your urinary bladder, how will it affect it?
It slowly injures our urinary tract and if it’s a habit then might lead to kidney stones and affect the kidney’s health negatively.
So next time, don’t wait for the right time to go, be it work or an addicting movie, just go when you need to.
Although, there are times when you can’t go immediately, don’t worry but the key is keeping this thing in head that it’s not a right thing to do…
RULE 3
TAKE BALANCED DIET AND NEVER SKIP A MEAL
Our body needs a fuel called food for energy. To give it the calories is easy but what about nutrition? How are you going to cover up on that.
If you skip a meal for work or studies, how do you think your body will support you.
“Did you forget to eat your lunch?”
This question is so famous because everybody knows be it your homework/work/ studies or the thousands of worries, food comes first!
Start your day with a heavy breakfast, take a good lunch, something light with tea and a nice dinner (not too heavy, but must be tasty!).
Guys you might find people in your lives telling you to study or work so diligently that you forget to eat.
I am strictly against it, it doesn’t take more than 10-15 minutes to complete a lunch, it’s the basic need and should never be ignored.
Health comes first, be it anything else in life.
RULE 4
TAKE A GOOD SLEEP
Now for this not only the ones who are to busy with work or studies, the ones who start a series or game at 11’0’ clock in night are also included.
I know many who make plannings in day, try to prepare their brain for it whole day and then get the whole motivation of life at 2 AM in night.
Absolutely wrong, complete all your work on time, for rest, note them down and leave it for next day.
If you don’t take adequate sleep, your work efficiency will decrease, your brain, your body will be tired, negatively affecting your health.
Various enzymes, hormones, neurotransmitters that work at the level of cells to make our organs function properly are affected. Without resting sufficiently, you are pushing their limits, and then there is also a break point for everything.
Poor sleep affects your basal metabolic rate, insulin functioning which can make you prone to diabetes, it decreases your immunity and gives way to various other diseases; also the mounting stress in your life, need no explanation.
How will you live buddy, if you can’t sleep properly and recharge your body for a whole new day that awaits you.
Always remember in a healthy body lives a healthy mind.
“Don’t be so strict to yourself
This world is already enough for it
An extra hour of sleep, won’t spoil the day…”
Take care of your health, never ignore it.
