Isack Hadjar, F1 rookie is in big trouble. Why?

- By Dr. AK Rana
Because the gloomy, cursed second seat of Red Bull is calling Isack Hadjar.
Why? Because after Liam Lawson, Yuki Tsunoda was upgraded to Red Bull from the VCARB.
Or should I say downgraded?
Because it’s becoming a living hell for him—where he crashes every next Sunday, leading to a DNF, being last on the grid, or just somehow not being able to score points.
And yet—he is doing better somehow according to some stats, and even the stats are wondering of which stats they are being compared to!
But can we even say that? Because Liam was given barely two races to either nail it or kill it.
And now? Yuki is suffering in that car.
…
Well, for us outsiders—who don’t have encrypted access to that car’s secrets or the physics behind it—it’s a mystery why it performs so poorly compared to the one Max Verstappen drives.
Or maybe, worse, it’s a car only Max Verstappen can drive—because he’s been with it for over a decade now.
Whatever be the case, should we now look at the brilliant job Isack Hadjar is doing?
…
Scoring points every race weekend with consistency and somehow always finding a place in Q3?
Let’s talk numbers.
Out of the four drivers Red Bull currently has (across both teams), Max Verstappen has the most points—as expected.
But second?
Not Yuki. It’s Isack Hadjar—the rookie in a midfield team.
And we all know Red Bull loves to shuffle drivers like a deck of cards.
So, they’re looking around.
To find the next poor guy to put in that cursed second seat.
Isack once said he wouldn’t be able to drive that car—because it’s built so strangely.
But here’s the twist:
He also said—
…
“If they ask me to join Red Bull as second driver, why would I refuse?”
Because it’s still a Red Bull.
The car that can get you to the podium.
It’s like a lottery ticket—either you fly or you drown.
Yuki Tsunoda was pretty excited when he got the call. He believed he could change things.
Do better.
And he has, if you compare him with past second-seat victims.
…
But for Yuki himself, being in the points was the bare minimum.
He expected podiums.
He dreamed of a win.
Now?
He’s behind a rookie.
That was not in the plan.
And that’s why this second seat is so controversial.
It breaks hearts, smashes confidence, and makes you doubt yourself as a driver.
…
Even as fans, we don’t want to see Isack Hadjar take that seat.
Because first—it will crush Yuki.
Being replaced is never a good feeling.
And second—Isack is still a rookie.
He’s got so much more to prove.
Going into a team that’s been consistently inconsistent with that second seat?
Where even great drivers fall apart?
That’s not a smart move right now.
What do you think?
Will Isack Hadjar be chosen for the second seat at Red Bull?
Or will Yuki Tsunoda be given the full season to prove himself in that weird, cursed machine?
