BOND OF LIFE CHAPTER – 4
- BY HALLEYS CLINIC
Bond of life ch-4 ; When Rishi was coming to her house, he met Mr. Yadav, an old guy in his 50s on his way. Mr. Yadav was in his team when they were fighting against their enemies, finding a way to stop their entry from the border. A century had passed but meeting him there, brought everything alive.
He was worried and surprized to see him, although he didn’t know who he actually was. What surprized him was his question,
“Are you alive? You disappeared just like that.”
“What happened?” Rishi asked.
“You went after Kartik, but when I reached there, he was dead and you disappeared into crystals right in front of my eyes. You can’t understand how horrifying that was.”
“That’s why you were making notes on it, you even titled your project ‘human turned into crystals’.” He swindled his diary that he was carrying.
“Well, what are you saying!” He started laughing anxiously, quickly snatching his diary back.
This guy had backstabbed our Mr. Hooda many a times in past, but his forgiving nature always won in the end. One thing was sure, that something happened to his present self in that time and that Shayra’s brother and his best friend was dead. He was made culprit by that old guy busy fixing his spectacles on his eyes as big like that of an owl. He called the task force.
Rishi went to all the places that he was supposed to be, but couldn’t feel his existence anymore. His heart started aching suddenly, panting, gasping for breath; he lied down at the ground. It was the last place he could search for, where he had trained hours wishing to protect the task force and his town, just how his parents did.
The sky was beautiful and the breeze as cold as always. Sun was covered with clouds, making it possible for him to walk around in day.
He could feel his heart throbbing and that was not a good sign. He played with the timeline and it costed a life. It was not common for a vampire like him to be breathless enough to lie down. His time travel had hurt his core energy, something that his body was not able to fix on its own.
“I think buddy, you don’t have much time left.” He murmured to himself.
He spent hours questioning why life always likes to play with him. Why his one smile was followed by thousands of tears? Why no matter how much he tries, things never change? There were many questions but no one to give him any answer. Spending hours, he reached a conclusion.
Last time, he survived, but a catastrophe fell down on the whole town. This time he decided to trade his life for his world and the person he loves.
When he was spending time with her in afternoon, he thought many times to tell her about how he feels, but every time he stopped himself remembering how she considers him as an enemy of her and her family.
In the past also, he wanted to clear his name before he could tell his heart, but it was too late for that. This time, he wanted to turn that page and write a new one.
The life never gave him any chance but never failed to drag him on a path, where there was no turning back.
“It’s okay, I have seen it all. This time bring it on, because there is no turning back on this path also. I must win!” Our Mr. Hooda was ready to fight. His bravery was well known across the Kingdom.
“Shayra, is there any back door in this mansion?” He asked, as hundreds of soldiers were marching inside the mansion.
“There is, let’s go!”
