If true, it would be yet another case of the team pulling the trigger too soon, crushing a young driver\u2019s confidence before he\u2019s even had a real chance to prove himself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Red Bull has followed this approach for years, constantly swapping drivers under immense pressure until they find someone who can withstand it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Team Principal  has one favorite line:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>&#8220;I do pressurize my drivers, because only those who survive pressure can stay in F1.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>While that sounds great in theory,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;let\u2019s be honest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>\u201cIf Toto Wolff believed the same,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;then after his first crash last year,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kimi wouldn\u2019t have been accelerating in performance with every lap.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Red Bull &#8211; Real Struggles: Beyond the Driver Drama<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The bigger issue isn\u2019t just about swapping drivers\u2014Red Bull has major cracks forming within the team:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Losing the Constructors&#8217; Title \u2013 Horner admitted before the season that losing the championship would cost them in car development.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Lost Sponsors \u2013 Financial setbacks are hitting hard.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Adrian Newey\u2019s Departure \u2013 The mastermind behind Red Bull\u2019s car design is now with Aston Martin.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Car Performance Issues \u2013 Red Bull\u2019s car is not built to adapt to different driving styles, making it harder for new drivers to settle in.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To add fuel to the fire, there are rumors that Honda is offering millions to Red Bull to bring Yuki Tsunoda into the team. And let\u2019s be real\u2014they need the money.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Yuki Tsunoda: Redemption or a Trap?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yuki will be thrilled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His fans will be happy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re all happy for him\u2014he deserves the seat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>But here\u2019s the worrying part:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>we\u2019ve seen this,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>story play out before.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cEvery driver who has stepped into that second seat has faced immense pressure,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>constant comparisons,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;and a brutal lack of job security!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Yuki was devastated when Red Bull didn\u2019t promote him last season. He had earned it, everyone saw it coming, and yet, he was left behind. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>he\u2019s finally getting his chance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>But will he survive the Red Bull second-seat curse?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What About Liam Lawson?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lawson\u2019s F1 dream might be taking a huge hit. He\u2019ll likely be sent back to RB which is a major blow for any young driver who was just getting started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Let\u2019s not forget:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His first race was a mess due to rain, something entirely out of his control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In his second race, he repeatedly reported issues with the car\u2014but, of course, nobody listened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Red Bull\u2019s handling of young drivers has been questionable at best, and at this point, it just feels like they are toying with their confidence and careers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Bigger Problem: Red Bull Needs to Fix the Car<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Japanese Grand Prix is next, and Yuki will be eager to prove himself in front of his home crowd. But while all eyes are on the driver lineup, the real issue is Red Bull\u2019s car development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With Newey gone, sponsors pulling out, and Max Verstappen being the only real reason the team is still at the top, it\u2019s time Red Bull focuses on the one thing that actually matters\u2014building a car that doesn\u2019t leave its second driver fighting an uphill battle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For now, we wait for the official announcement. But if history has taught us anything, Red Bull\u2019s second-seat drama is far from over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:#fcb90012\">What do you think?
