AK RANA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These days be it work or entertainment, our eyes are constantly engaged in working. What do you understand by this working?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to accommodate for the near vision, muscles of our eyes have to constrict continuously. They are relaxed when you look at a far away object and that\u2019s how your eyes get tired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To keep them healthy and well, you need to spend some time on it, along with changing some of your habits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain adequate distance (approx. 25 cm) between you and the book.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Take a break of at least 5 minutes after a 30-minute continuous work on laptop\/computer\/mobile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reduce your screen-time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Drink adequate water.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do eye muscles exercise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-pale-cyan-blue-background-color has-background\">Just how we need to exercise our body muscles to keep them fit, just like that we need to train our eye muscles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1010\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/halleysclinic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/image.png\" alt=\"how to take care of eyes\n\n- halleys clinic\" class=\"wp-image-265\" srcset=\"https:\/\/halleysclinic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/image.png 1010w, https:\/\/halleysclinic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/image-300x190.png 300w, https:\/\/halleysclinic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/image-768x487.png 768w, https:\/\/halleysclinic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/image-600x380.png 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1010px) 100vw, 1010px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hold a pen\/pencil in your hand.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Focus on its tip<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Start from holding pen in your hand at a distance till where your arm reaches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Slowly bring it closer to your eyes while constantly focussing on the tip.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repeat it 3-4 times in a day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do yoga and exercises daily along with adequate sleep.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Take a balanced diet that is rich in vitamins and proteins. Eat fruits and vegetables. Vitamin A is required for maintaining the health of your eyes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Make a habit to eat 3-5 almonds daily in morning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Don\u2019t skip meal, reduce calorie intake or go on dieting as when your body is weak, eyes also get weaker.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Read at a proper distance, in a proper posture and don\u2019t read while lying on couch or when you are in a bus or car. With constant shifting of focus, it puts burden on our eyes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Don\u2019t read or see screen or watch any dramas or play games when you have fever. At that time, body is already weak and hence are our eyes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use adequate light while studying. It should not be too dull or too bright.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wash your eyes with water after returning home from outside. It clears all dirt and dust of your eyes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Avoid rubbing your eyes when they are itchy.
