AK RANA<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stress has become a common word these days and it is indeed really common.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do you think only adults or higher grade\u2019s students or children &gt;10 years of age can be stressed?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No! even a 5-year-old losing and searching for his favourite toy can be under stress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stress can be acute or chronic based on its duration depending on how long the person was under this stress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are various stressful events in our life and if we are not able to tackle them accordingly, it becomes a heavy load on our head.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To lift this load off your head, you must know a way out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So basically, a stressful event can be categorized into 3 parts \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li>Something we can do<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We can\u2019t do anything<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The problem lies in future!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let\u2019s take them one by one \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><u>Something we can do<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are various things, piled up work, upcoming sessions\/ presentations, project works, exams studies, event preparation, solving an issue or a dispute and this list is endless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It means it includes as many things that we have to do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For such things in order to avoid stress start with a general plan of finishing things from beginning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Avoid piling up of work and try to follow schedule. It is because too much workload produces extra stress and decreased efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If work is done at time, we can prevent this issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Now, let\u2019s say whatever be the case but you got a lot of overdue work or if you are a student then say lots of syllabus or books that you haven\u2019t opened.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this case, now divide the whole syllabus into parts and go behind those parts, one by one, step by step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-blush-light-purple-gradient-background has-background wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cDon\u2019t be stressed just focus on one thing at a time.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/halleysclinic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-4-768x1024.png\" alt=\"how to handle stress-\n\n\u201cBe prepared for the worst,\n\n\u00a0 Hope for the best,\n\n\u00a0 Work for what you can do and\n\n\u00a0 Relax with a smile&quot;\n\n- Halleys clinic \" class=\"wp-image-252\" srcset=\"https:\/\/halleysclinic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-4-768x1025.png 768w, https:\/\/halleysclinic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-4-225x300.png 225w, https:\/\/halleysclinic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-4-600x800.png 600w, https:\/\/halleysclinic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-4.png 940w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><u>We can\u2019t do anything<\/u><\/strong> <strong>about this stress<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In problems\/ issues\/ worries\/ situations where you got no option to choose from or you got nothing in your hand to do. Why is it important?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We humans want to take control of as many things we can. Those things which are not in our hands, looks worrisome to us and we often feel helpless about it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes!
